Our association is a non-profit social organization whose purpose is to publicize the concept of human rights in Taiwan and Taiwanese culture, to carry out research and establishment of human rights system in Taiwan and to preserve the great culture in Taiwan. Our final goal is to defend Taiwan resolutely by connecting the power of people and further to hold fast to “Taiwan is not part of China” policy, to establish Formosan Union mechanism, to help inhabitants of Taiwan exercise their rights to self-determination, and to make Taiwan a new and independent state. Our main goals are listed as follows:
To publicize the concept of human rights in Taiwan.
To research human rights system of Taiwan.
To carry out the human rights system in Taiwan.
To support and advocate human rights in the world.
To hold the indicator survey and research regarding jurisdiction, labor, economy, environment, culture, education, children, women, elders, the disabled, indigenous peoples, refugees, soldiers, internet, etc.
To promote and ensure other issues related to human rights.
To invite honorable members, consultants, experts, scholars and lawyers to help carry out the above-mentioned six goals.
To faithfully defend Taiwan’s human rights and culture under the universal value of human rights and Taiwan Relations Act in order to fulfill our final goal listed in the association’s Article 2.
