台灣2014年首度參加美國國務院文化外交計畫「DanceMotion USA」，由馬克莫里斯舞團擔任今年的舞蹈文化大使，在台舉行為期一周的活動，包含11月1日在國家戲劇院戶外廣場邀請市民一起來「舞動台北」，活動不限性別與年齡，免費參加。更多詳情請參閱未來幾天美國在台協會粉絲頁面的訊息公告。
The world-renowned contemporary dance company from New York “Mark Morris Dance Group” is coming to Taiwan in November through the U.S. government sponsored DanceMotion USA program. The Mark Morris Dance Group will serve as a U.S. cultural ambassador to conduct a series of programs in Taiwan, including a free dance program for the general public “Let’s Move Taipei” on November 1 at the National Theater and Concert Hall (near xx road). More information on this exciting DanceMotionUSA program will be posted on the AIT Facebook page in the coming days.
DanceMotion USA 是美國國務院的一項計劃，宗旨為向世界展現美國現代舞蹈的精髓，同時促進文化交流。台灣很榮幸能參與該計畫，邀請知名的紐約現代舞團「 馬克莫里斯舞團」來台與民眾同舞互動。
